April 2021:

  • Led the contingent of APG leaders that conducted the APG Advanced Planning Brief to Industry. Based on feedback from NDIA member companies and other associations a lot of confirming information was put out by each of the major buying commands on APG focused on the 1-2 year timeframe. There was not as much put out on strategic initiatives looking out beyond the immediate horizon which is what members are looking for to complement the shorter term information. A very specific question is that members did not understand the context around the CECOM/SEC slide on public/private partnerships.  Overall very successful event.
  • Communicated industry’s desire for more information from CECOM and its subordinate commands with DCG CECOM over the two days of the APBI. Working to setup a session to discuss in greater detail.

March 2021: Working with CECOM to gain greater insight into understanding the business model and strategic opportunities.
